The Choir welcomes men who are enthusiastic about singing in
the male voice format. To function well, the choir must encourage new
members. None of the present members is getting any younger!
New members are certainly
welcomed.
The current singing strength of the Perth Male Voice Choir is
about 40.
Members come from all walks of life, and
are linked by a love of singing in the male choir format.
The main requirements are a love of
singing, a reasonable singing voice and a commitment to
attend practice sessions. An ability to read music, although
desirable, is not essential. You will be given every
opportunity and support to build your skills and your singing voice.
From the writer's personal
experience, as a "P" plater, new members are truly made to feel
welcome and every encouragement is given by a very supportive
bunch of chaps.
Auditions and previous experience are not a
requirement.

Our Wednesday night
rehearsals are held at "The Bob Daniel Centre",
corner of Beaufort St and Tenth Avenue,
Inglewood. They normally commence at 7.30p.m.
